"Bel appartement sécurisé au calme, fonctionnel, dans un quartier agréable, authentique animé et très sûr. Il est aussi proche à pied de lieux culturels. Espace optimisé et bien pensé. Des commerces de proximité et station de métro à 2 minutes . Nous étions 3, 2 adultes et un ado et nous avons passé une semaine formidable. Le propriétaire, Daniel est disponible sympathique, réactif et arrangeant !"

"The location is very good, on quiet street, 5 min walk from bars, metro and maybe 8-10 min from a pair of food-markets. The host even left an instruction on directions and working hours of the nearest Carrefour market. Entry instructions were clear and exhaustive. The owner was kind and responsive. The apartment is well equipped with all family of 4 may need for several days. Overall a good choice for young family. Bed is good to sleep on and also is the sofa."

"The apartment would be excellent for 2 people. It can accommodate 4, but don't expect lot of space when the sofa is opened. Hot water tank is too small for 4 people to take shower, so we were showering 2 before breakfast and 2 after - well, not a big problem. The biggest problem is stairs - narrow and cockle-stair type, so you have to move cautiously if you have any luggage bigger than an aircraft cabin friendly case."

"The location is amazing! The Latin Quarter is beautiful with so many things within walking distance. It is super quiet at night so you will sleep really well! The host, Daniel, met us and he is so kind and helpful, showing us an app we could use to help us navigate our way round Paris. I would highly recommend this cosy apartment."

"It’s centrally located in Quartier Latin within walking distance to Saint Germain des Prés, le Pandéon and several lines of métro and bus. The nearby marché de Monge and a lot of restaurants offer various dining options. This is what we wanted and what we got. The apartment was very clean with everything functional, which is not always the case with these short-term rental properties. And it’s super quiet in the night as the bedroom is facing the inner court of the building."

"Maybe just one down side is the size of the bathroom. We had to figure out our way not to hurt ourselves when using the toilet of taking a shower. And this is from someone with Asian body shape talking."

"Apartment is in a good location just 1 minute walk to many vibrant bars and cafes. Easy 3 minute walk to the Metro. Good fully equipped kitchen. Bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The good quality cooler and fan were very much appreciated as Paris was very hot at the time. Plenty of hot water for the 3 of us. The host was very easy, quick and responsive with communications."

"The last 3 days we had an issue with a water leak which was problematic but we managed to work around it. Possibly some new sheets and pillows would really complete this nice little apartment."

"Δίπλα σε σταθμό του μετρό και σε πλατεία με φοιτητικά στέκια. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη η κουζίνα, μπορείς να ετοιμάσεις εύκολα πρωινό (διάφορα σουπερμάρκετ ή μανάβικα στα 5-10 λεπτά). Απόλυτη ησυχία τα βράδια και γενικά ιδανική περιοχή για ζευγάρια ή οικογένειες. Στα 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια είναι το μουσείο φυσικής ιστορίας και στα 15 οι κήποι του Λουξεμβούργου."

"A localizaçao é muito boa, rua sossegada mas a poucos metros de muitos bares e cafes e proximo de varias atraçoes turisticas. O anfitriao foi muito atencioso e solícito e nos facilitou muito permitindo early check-in. O apartamento é bem decorado e prático. Tem tudo o necessario para uma estadia como a nossa de 1 semana."

"O acesso ao apartamento, no 2o andar (2 a partir do térreo) é possivel por uma escada estreita, em espiral, o que pode dificultar um pouco o acesso caso haja malas, como no nosso caso em que havia pessoas idosas. O preço também foi um pouco elevado, mas queriamos um apartamento e nao hotel, por isso optamos por ele. Mas o saldo geral foi positivo."
